In-Water Guides – Part time

Our swimming guides are key to making this experience as special as possible. Modeling proper behavior, enforcing Federal  Regulations, crowd control, safety enforcement, eco-education and photography are just some of their responsibilities. Positive attitudes and smiling faces required!

This is perfect for the individual that would like to work their way up to Master Captain.

Captains – 6-Pack or Master for Pontoon’s or Airboat’s

We expect our Captains to do so much more than just drive a boat! Finding manatee in a safe and efficient manner while attending to all our guests needs and interests keeps these superstars hoppin’! If you have a phenomenal personality and  are willing to work hard to deliver a 5-star experience, you may be a good fit here!
